cheese shallot-flavored

Cl of low fat cream (4% for me)

circle of fresh goat’s cheese (around 50 gr)

1
Broccoli

Ts of Tarragon

& pepper
Instructions:
Clean your broccoli
and steam it, then reserve. In a little bowl, crush briefly goat’s cheese, mix
with low fat cream, season with salt and pepper. Mince shallot and throw it in a
hot frying pan with a bit of olive oil. Add quite quickly chicken escalopes,
salt and pepper it directly there. Add goat’s cheese and cream mixed with a trickle
of water. Use chicken to mix softly. Plate up pouring half sauce on broccoli.
