peas & carrot soup
Ingredients (per pers) :

1 Can of green peas
(280gr.)

2 Carrots
-
2 Tablespoon of fresh
cream (7% fat)

1 Garlic glove

Salt (quite a few) + black
pepper

1 cup of water
Instructions :
Steam lengthily carrots and garlic
glove then place in the blender. Remove water of green peas’ can and add in the
blender. Add two tablespoons of fresh cream, salt, pepper and mix. It’s like a
mash. So add trickles of water till the soup is like expected (equivalent to a
cup coffee for me).
